    East of I-35 the ground is Blackland clay that bakes hard in August and swells when the rain comes. We excavate and build a compacted, draining base so the surface stays level through both.

    Watering one day a week

    Under Austin Water's standing Conservation Stage rules, automatic irrigation is limited to one assigned day a week. Turf needs none of it, and stays green straight through a drought.

    97° in July, then a downpour

    Austin's average July high is 97 degrees, and a summer storm can dump inches in an hour. UV-stable fibre and a fast-draining base mean no fading and no standing water afterwards.
